Electronic Medical Records Installation Problems

Our decision to use a shared hosting platform has presented us with our first obstacle. While trying to install our program, the other shared clients on the same server called the hosting service to complain that their systems had slowed significantly and wondered what was going on. It was decided that they couldn’t continue with our install while others were using their systems.

Our installation was delayed.

Now are EMR company was confused that we were using a shared server, even though they new we were using a shared hosting company as our service provider. This hiccup gave them concern that we would have issues with speed once we were up and running with our five offices.

Hopefully all will be resolved next week.
